Photo options
15+ photos - Good for smaller homes
25+ photos - Great for mid sized homes
40+ photos - Excellent choice for large homes
Sky replacements are included and will be added at the discretion of the photographer.
Photos will likely be ready within 24 hours of photography, but are guaranteed within 48 hours.
Currently twilight shots will be done if the property is scheduled within 2 hours of sunset at no additional cost. If requested, a special trip will be made for a twilight for the cost of a reshoot fee of 50$.
You are free to choose the photo package regardless of the size of the home, however if you do not specify before the date of photography the home will be photographed based on it’s size and the discretion of the photographer.
The number of photos listed is the minimum number you would receive for that photo package, for instance if you ordered the 25+ photos you might get 25 images or 32 images, but you would not get 40.
Photography Prep list
Turn all ceiling fans OFF
All cars removed from driveway or directly in front of property.
Open blinds/window treatments to let in outside light.
Shelves, desks and tables organized and cleared of clutter and papers.
Hide tissue boxes unless they are housed in something decorative.
Clean up landscaping (mow, trim shrubs, clear leaves)
Beds made.
Remove visible water hoses.
Remove dishes from sink, place in dishwasher.
In the bathroom clear counter tops completely. No soap, toothbrushes, medications, deodorant, etc.
Bathroom Towels hung neatly or removed.
